Tom Rinaldi is known as one of the best reporters in the sports field with a history that also covers non-sporting events such as 9/11.
In sports, Rinaldi has covered everything from the World Cup to the World Series to the Super Bowl, and famously conducted the first interview with Tiger Woods after his extra-marital affairs were made public in November 2009.
One major sporting event that Rinaldi has not covered is WWE WrestleMania, but he maintains a close relationship with Nick Khan and being part of the FOX family gives him further ties to WWE.
"I love Nick. He remained one of my greatest friends and he changed my life, and he's somebody I'm still in regular touch with. I went to WrestleMania in Texas, the last go round, it was amazing. All of it was awesome. The stories there are incredible, love WWE, nothing else is like it. You want to talk about spectacle. Let me dig in and see what we can come up with," Rinaldi said about potentially working with WWE when asked by Richard Deitsch on the Sports Media Podcast.
Rinaldi will be part of the upcoming Ric Flair documentary that WWE is also involved in. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
A premiere date for the Ric Flair documentary has not been given.
