Toni Storm To Defend AEW Women's World Title Against Mina Shirakawa At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door

A new title match has been added to AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.

On the June 5 edition of AEW Dynamite, a AEW Women's World Championship match was made official for the pay-per-view, as Toni Storm will defend her title against STARDOM's Mina Shirakawa. Storm first issued the challenge to Shirakawa on the June 1 edition of AEW Collision.

This match will surely ruffle some personal feathers, as Shirakawa is the former tag team partner of Storm's protege, Mariah May.
