Toni Storm Encourages People To Normalize Speaking About Mental Health

Toni Storm knows how much it helps to be open about what you're going through.

Storm has never been shy to discuss how she feels about her mental health and struggles, famously opening up to Lilian Garcia in 2019 on Chasing Glory when she revealed she was diagnosed with anxiety at 16 and was in a bad place.

She said she was thankful for her friends who supported and listened to her during those times and how they could now laugh about it.

In an interview with WWE Deutschland, Storm encouraged anyone struggling with mental health to speak to someone.

"It can be rough out there. Not everyone is having a good time at all times, even WWE superstars. Yeah, I'm this 'big ol WWE superstar.' At the same time, I'm a real person and it's okay to be human and talk to people and be yourself and normalize that. Normalize speaking out and talking to people and getting through your stuff because life ain't easy. I'm sure you all know that," she said.

More wrestlers have been open about their struggles with mental health and have given advice to fans to help them out.
