Toni Storm claims she is retiring.
Toni Storm hasn't been seen on AEW television since losing the AEW Women's Title to Mariah May at AEW All In. She has competed at CMLL and STARDOM, but failed to pick up victories.
Storm is now claiming she's retiring and leaving pro wrestling.
“I’m not used to being a loser,” Storm told James Dator of SBNation, “I’ve failed at everything. I lost in AEW, I lost in Japan, I lost in Mexico. This is the last you’ll hear from me again. Enjoy Mariah May as your champion. You can all enjoy that. AEW is just fine without me. Everything is going well for AEW. They don’t need Toni Storm."
Storm said she has no plans to make another public appearance.
She closed by stating, "Chin down. Tits in. Don’t bother watching for the shoe.”
Storm dropped a cinematic "Where in the World is Toni Storm?" video on October 30th.
Mariah May is set to have a championship celebration with Mina Shirakawa at AEW Full Gear.
