Tony Khan is chipping away.
Chris Hero hasn't wrestled since March 2020 when he competed in the NXT United Kingdom Title #1 Contendership Battle Royal. He has remained active in wrestling as an interviewer, producer, and matchmaker for West Coast Pro.
Hero has been working backstage at AEW events.

Blackpool Combat Club and The Elite both need one more team member for Blood & Guts. Claudio Castagnoli, who famously teamed with Hero as the Kings of Wrestling in ROH and other independent promotions, is part of Blood & Guts as a member of Blackpool Combat Club.
