Trick Williams wants to face Roman Reigns.
Throughout 2024, Trick Williams has become the face of NXT. On the October 1st episode of WWE NXT, he beat Ethan Page to win the NXT Championship. Still, Williams is targeting a major dream match down the road.
Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Trick Williams was asked to name his dream match, and he pointed to Roman Reigns. He highlighted Cody Rhodes but noted that Reigns was the top guy in the business.
"Roman Reigns. He’s the top guy in the business right now. Shoutout to Cody Rhodes, who is amazing. I’m glad that he finished and [is] starting his new story. But Roman, he’s the guy who’s been the cornerstone of the business for a while now. So if you don’t want a match with him, then you don’t really want to be here," Williams said.
