Triple H Says WWE Is 'Still Working Through' The Length Of WWE Raw On Netflix

Triple H discusses the length of Monday Night Raw on Netflix.

WWE Raw has been three hours long since the 1000th episode in 2012. The final three-hour episode aired on the USA Network on September 30, 2024. From October 7 through the end of the year, WWE Raw episodes will only be two hours long.

Starting in January 2025, WWE Raw is moving off of cable television for the first time ever and will be streamed on Netflix every week. However, with the recent change in the length of episodes, there remains uncertainty regarding how long the episodes will be once the switch to Netflix occurs.

Triple H spoke with Denise Salcedo about the length of Monday Night Raw on Netflix during the WWE Bad Blood Press Conference on October 5. He admitted that they're not sure how long the show will be yet, as they are still working out that information.

"When I find out, I’ll let you know. In this moment, where Raw goes down to two hours, what does that do for us? It’s an hour less show. If you would have asked me a few years ago, three hours was just, the difference between two and three is night and day. I can’t even express how different it is. Now, we’re in a place where we’re doing a three hour show and it’s going to drop to two. It’s a different way of looking at it and it’s a little bit of stress because it’s less. I think sometimes less is more and that’s going to be a good thing. When we get to Netflix, we’re still working through all that. The truth is, you guys will have to watch and see, and I’m going to wait and see. No matter what the length of time is, it’s about putting out the best product we can and telling the best stories we can. At the end of the day, it’s about telling stories. We get caught up in two hours or three hours, the movie is the movie. When the movie is over, it was either really good or not good or too long or too short. We’re just making a movie three times a week with more to come. I approach it in that manner. Let’s write the best stories and we’ll try to figure out how to jam it into whatever time slot we have available."
