Truth Magnum Called Out Undertaker In WCCW For Killing The Town, Turbo Floyd Flung A Cucumber At Him

The Outrunners are the youngest men in AEW, but they've worked all the territories, brother.

In fact, they were there when The Undertaker got his start in World Class Championship Wrestling in 1987. You may even credit them for the origin story of The Undertaker gimmick.

Speaking to Chris Jericho on Talk Is Jericho, Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd recalled their encounter with The Undertaker.

Truth: Turbo here was on the internet. I think AOL or Twitter. One of them. He's talking about 'Paying dues is for chumps.' Some chud on there has the nerve to tell Tubro that 'The Undertaker would kick his ass.'

Turbo: Do you think the Undertaker would do something like that? Kick my ass?

Jericho: I don't think the Undertaker would come anywhere near you.

Turbo: I've seen his tan. Not there.

Truth: What people don't know is we know ol Texas Red from World Class.

Turbo: Yeah, WCCW days. He looked up to us.

Jericho: Texas Red. Undertaker's original wrestling name.

Truth: Matter of fact, he wanted us to watch one of his matches against Tom Renesto Jr. Son of Tom Renesto Sr. He came back and I was absolutely livid. I said, Mark, which I found out later was his name.

Jericho: Oh, you were actually calling him a mark?

Truth: Yes. I said, Mark, it's a good thing you're walking around like a zombie because this town is officially dead. Then Turbo flung a cucumber at his head and the rest is history.

It's better than being Eggman.

The Outrunners picked up their first win on AEW TV on the September 6th episode of AEW Collision, defeating August Matthews & Davey Bang.
