Two WWE Executives Sell More Stock

While the stock price is high, two WWE executives are making millions.

Just last week, the sell of WWE stock went through for several WWE executives including Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Two other executives on that list were Executive Vice President of Television Production Kevin Dunn and Co-President Michelle Wilson who made over 10 million dollars a piece unloading around 120,000 shares.

This came after the WWE stock has soared with a good 2017 fiscal year and the announcement of the new media rights deal with NBC Universal and Fox. Wilson and Dunn were not done after the first round of sales. According to the EDGAR search system at SEC.gov, Dunn and Wilson have made millions more.

On July 31st, a series of three sales were approved for Dunn of a combined 100,000 shares for three different prices but for a total of around $7,918,000. A day later, Wilson was able to sell a block of 140,000 shares and got paid more on average earning around $11,204,000.

In December, Vince McMahon sold 3.34 million shares at a much lower price and earned $100 million dollars.

At the most recent quarterly report, WWE shared the company's increased income and revenue numbers with stockholders, the public, and media.
