The Usos To Defend Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles On 12/5 WWE Raw

The Usos will defend the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship on the December 5 episode of WWE Raw.

On the November 28 episode, Matt Riddle and Elias discussed their newly-formed team in a backstage interview. Riddle pointed out that they won their first match as a duo on the November 21 episode of WWE Raw, where they defeated Alpha Academy (Chad Gable and Otis). Elias admitted that he's typically more of a solo artist, but they worked well together. Riddle teased entering the hunt for the tag titles, and The Usos interrupted.

The reigning champions told their prospective challengers that they'd never gold the gold. But they agreed to a title match when Elias and Riddle challenged them.

The Usos have been the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions since the May 20 episode of WWE SmackDown, where they beat Riddle and Randy Orton to win the RAW Tag Team Championship. Jimmy and Jey defeated The Mysterios (Rey and Dominik Mysterio) at WWE Money in the Bank 2021 to win SmackDown's titles.

On November 14, The Usos broke the record for the longest-reigning WWE Tag Team champions in company history. The record was previously held by The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier Woods), who held the Raw Tag Team Championship for 483 days (August 23, 2015 - December 18, 2016).
