WWE Employee Subdues Drunk Driver Outside Of His Home

A WWE employee makes the save.

WWE held their 'Elimination Chamber' pay-per-view in Houston, Texas on Sunday night and one of the company's employees made headlines in the city of San Antonio this past week. Thomas Gaitan III who works as a props expert for World Wrestling Entertainment, subdued a drunk driver outside of his home according to 'News 4 San Antonio'.

Gaitan III heard a loud noise outside of his home and when he went to go see what the noise was, he saw two cars crashed into one another by his neighbor's yard. One of the drivers attempted to complete a hit-and-run and Gaitan III ran the individual down and held him until police arrived on the scene. Gaitan III spoke with 'News 4 SA' and stated that the individual picked the wrong neighborhood to do a hit-and-run in.

"3 o'clock in the afternoon on a Saturday and he was comatose. He was gone," Gaitan said. "(He) picked the wrong neighborhood. I wasn’t going to let him go."

The man that Thomas restrained was arrested for a DUI and Gaitian left one final message with the publication and that was to alert those who drive while intoxicated that it is not worth it.
