"The court finds that there is probable cause to believe that a crime was committed and that the defendant committed the crime," Judge Thomas said. "The court binds the defendant over for trial court arraignment on December 6, 2022 at 1:30 p.m."

In August, Ferrari was charged with one felony count of sexual battery. A warrant was issued for his arrest on August 3. Bond was set at $25,000. Ferrari was accused of sexual assault by a woman who filed and received an emergency protective order on July 5.

Oklahoma State dismissed him from the wrestling team on July 13. Ferrari was 30-1 in his career at Oklahoma State, going 20-1 and winning a national championship at 197 pounds in his true freshman season. He was 10-0 as a sophomore before a car accident ended his season. He suffered internal damage to his shoulder as a result of the accident.

Ferrari was announced as part of the Inaugural NIL Class in December 2021.

WWE has yet to comment on Ferrari's status in the NIL program.
