Randy Orton is headed to Clash of Champions to face Drew McIntyre for the WWE Title.
Orton won a triple threat match in the main event of WWE Raw, defeating Keith Lee and Seth Rollins. Orton pinned Rollins after Lee hit the Spirit Bomb on Rollins and then Orton took out Lee with the RKO. It was the second match of the night for both men as they each had to win a qualifying bout earlier on the show.
Lee defeated Dolph Ziggler, Orton, with the help of Aleister Black, defeated Kevin Owens, and Rollins defeated Dominik Mysterio to qualify for the triple threat match.
McIntyre defeated Orton at WWE SummerSlam, successfully defending his WWE Title. The following night on Raw, Orton took McIntyre out of the equation with three punt kicks.
