The Young Bucks and Adam Page responded to the challenge on the September 16 AEW Collision, revealing that rather than facing a unit with Swerve Strickland, they've chosen to face The Gates of Agony (Kaun & Toa Liona) and Brian Cage for the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Titles at AEW Rampage: Grand Slam on September 22.

This iteration of The Elite was the fourth-ever Ring of Honor Six-Man Tag Team Champions, holding the titles for over 200 days between August 2017 and March 2018. The Young Bucks also held these championships with Cody Rhodes between July and November 2018.

Fightful Select previously reported that AEW Rampage: Grand Slam would be a two-hour special.
