A featherweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night: Moraes vs. Sandhagen as Giga Chikadze faces Omar Morales.

Chikadze (10-2-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, picking up wins over Brandon Davis, Jamall Emmers and Irwin Rivera. Chikadze competed on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 10, suffering a third round submission loss to Austin Springer. Chikadze has competed 12 times as a professional MMA fighter and four of those bouts went the distance.
Morales (10-0-0) has already earned two wins while competing in the UFC, with those coming over Dong Hyun Ma and Gabriel Benitez. Morales competed on Dana White’s Contender Series Season 3, Episode 7, defeating Harvey Park by second round TKO. Morales has picked up five of 10 professional MMA wins by submission, with another two coming by KO/TKO.
UFC Fight Night: Moraes vs. Sandhagen is set for Saturday, October 10 from a location to be announced with Marlon Moraes and Cory Sandhagen headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
