Ricky Starks was suspended from wrestling for 30 days, but he plans on being around AEW Collision.
AEW suspended Ricky Starks for whipping Ricky Steamboat with his own belt after he was frustrated with Steamboat counting the pinfall in his match against CM Punk for the "Real" World Championship on Saturday, August 5.
Tony Schiavone announced Starks' suspension on August 12, but Ricky revealed he would be sticking around the Saturday night program as he acquired a manager's license. Starting August 19, Starks says he's bringing a war to Collision and promised to be the face of the show still.
Ricky Starks also said that Steamboat's blood is on the hand of CM Punk, and he is the reason that Steamboat received ten lashes. Before leaving, Starks said that there's nobody like him on Collision or Dynamite.
“You want a war? I’m gonna bring a war to your front door!”
