More segments have been added to NXT Heatwave 2023.
At NXT Heatwave 2023, Tiffany Stratton will return to address the NXT Universe. She hasn't had a match since defeating Thea Hail in a Submission Match at NXT Great American Bash. She had previously told McKenzie Mitchell that she wasn't concerned at all about her next opponent.
On August 22, Tiffy returns to the top of the mountain to heat things up.

Also added to the show, Baron Corbin takes on Von Wagner, who has promised to put the former WWE United States Champion through a table. Wagner previously interrupted Corbin when he was in the middle of making a statement against the entire locker room, calling them a bunch of "bitches" and saying that he was on a journey back to the main event.
Von Wagner has made a reservation for one table, but Corbin looks to use Wagner as a stepping stone.
