Christian Cage is back.
After successfully defeating Brian Cage on the February 15, 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite, 'Jungle Boy' Jack Perry was attacked by a returning Christian Cage. Cage, who has been absent from AEW programming in recent months, sprayed Jack Perry in the eyes with mace. Cage then proceeded to take off his arm sling, seemingly revealing that he is now cleared for in ring action.
Ever the opportunist, @Christian4Peeps has made his return to #AEW, making a HUGE statement by taking out @boy_myth_legend!

Cage and Jack Perry have been engaged in a feud with one another since June 2022, where Cage turned his back on Perry after him and Luchasaurus lost the AEW World Tag Team Championships. Notably, Cage and Perry had a match at the All Out pay-per-view in 2022, but the match went just over 20 seconds because Perry was assaulted by Luchasaurus before the match.
Perry and Luchasaurus went on to have a Steel Cage match at the Full Gear pay-per-view later that year. Perry was victorious in that match. Furthermore, Luchasaurus has not wrestled in AEW since that show.
