Cody Rhodes made fun of his neck tattoo on WWE Raw.
On the June 5 episode of WWE Raw, Cody Rhodes was The Miz's special guest on Miz TV. But the former WWE Champion brought out Dominik Mysterio as the secret second guest. Dominik called Cody a "little birdie with a broken wing," as he referenced Rhodes' broken arm. He then told Rhodes that he was a bad father and a deadbeat dad, as he should be at home with his family. Dominik even compared Cody to his own "deadbeat dad," WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio.
Cody responded by saying that he knew Dominik's time in prison was hard on him. He referenced Dominik's teardrop tattoo and stated that it was worse than his own infamous neck tattoo.

Tensions continued to rise, and Dominik sneakily slapped Cody in the face. He then hid behind SmackDown Women's Champion Rhea Ripley. Cody wouldn't hit her, but he blasted The Miz with his arm, which was covered in a cast.
