Cody Rhodes was stretchered out of WWE Saturday Night's Main Event after getting hit with a package piledriver courtesy of Kevin Owens.
WWE announced that Rhodes suffered an "axial compression of the cervical spine, as well as a cervical strain with spasm."
Rhodes was present for Brandi Rhodes' Naked Mind Yoga & Pilates event taking pictures with fans. He was sporting a neck brace in the photos.

Owens is claiming to be the True WWE Champion and is walking around with the Winged Eagle Championship.
