Drew McIntyre: CM Punk Saying He Never Had To Put Another Man's Name On A Shirt Aged As Well As Colt Cabana Line In Pipe Bomb

Drew McIntyre continues to take shots at CM Punk.

Throughout McIntyre's heated feud with Punk, he has brought up Punk's controversial past, including his turbulent run in AEW. The two foes have continued to escalate their rivalry, and on the July 22nd episode of WWE Raw, Punk announced that he was medically cleared to compete, setting the stage for their match at WWE SummerSlam.

On July 23rd, McIntyre took to Twitter/X to respond to Punk's new shirt, which his name on it. He brought up Punk saying that he never had to put another man's name on a shirt to sell it after McIntyre had a shirt with Punk on it. He then said that this quote was aging as well as the "Hey Colt Cabana, how you doing?" line in the Pipe Bomb promo.

Punk and Cabana famously had a falling out, and they were in a lawsuit for years. Their issues carried over into AEW, and they were in the spotlight during Punk's infamous rant at the AEW All Out 2022 post-show media scrum.
