Gisele Shaw Praises Grizzled Young Veterans, Says They Would Be A Great Addition To IMPACT Wrestling

Gisele Shaw would like to see the Grizzled Young Veterans in IMPACT Wrestling.

Since leaving WWE, the Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) have quickly established themselves as one of the top teams in independent wrestling. The duo has already competed in promotions like Deadlock Pro, Wrestling REVOLVER, and House Of Glory, despite only being on the scene for about two months.

Wade Barrett: Transition To Commentary Has Given Me A Different Appreciation For WWE Creative Team

While speaking to WrestleZone for a new interview, Gisele Shaw was asked about a photo floating around online featuring her talking to Drake and Gibson. Shaw said that she's not a scout before noting that she'd love for the duo to come to IMPACT/TNA Wrestling.

“It’s really funny that you say that because by no means am I a scout at all, I just so happened to be photographed with these people in previous years and just being at the right time and right place and then people are like, ‘Oh my god, you’re a scout.’ But, with them, I think that they’re just so amazing. I really love them and also I met them in the UK when I was living there and they’ve just been so kind to me. They’re just great and if they decide to come to IMPACT Wrestling, I think they would be a great addition. They want to wrestle and I feel like with TNA Wrestling next year, we’re making big moves. As a fan, as a wrestler, I would love everyone to hop on. Let’s go on an adventure.”

Drake and Gibson recently said that they're exploring their options and that they'll sign with a company when they're ready. Fans can learn more by clicking here.
