Big names are set to participate in an upcoming WWE tryout.
According to Cassidy Haynes of BodySlam.net, big independent names like Jay Malachi, Brogan Finlay, Richard Holliday, Madi Wrenkowski, Jessica Roden, and 'HollyHood' Haley J are set to take part in the upcoming tryout.
Malachi is one of the hottest rising names in all of independent wrestling, as he currently competes in Deadlock Pro, West Coast Pro, and Fire Star Pro Wrestling. Malachi also recently competed in the ACTION Wrestling Futures Showcase Tournament.
Brogan Finlay, the son of Fit Finlay, only began wrestling in 2021. Throughout his short career, Finlay has competed in Game Changer Wrestling, ACTION Wrestling, New South Pro Wrestling, Black Label Pro, and BEYOND Wrestling.
Richard Holliday is a veteran of the independent wrestling scene, as he began wrestling in 2015. Most notably, Holliday previously spent nearly six years with Major League Wrestling, but departed from the company in the spring of 2023. Haynes notes that Holliday's tryout will likely be for a commentator position.
'HollyHood' Haley J is mostly known by wrestling fans for being a big star on Netflix's Ohio Valley Wrestling docuseries, 'Wrestlers'. Haley J began wrestling in 2020.
Madi Wrenkowski is currently a big name in the National Wrestling Alliance, where she is one half of the NWA World Women's Tag Team Champions.
Jessica Roden's participation in the upcoming tryout was first reported by PWInsider. Under the ring name J-Rod, Roden currently competes in promotions like FSW, West Coast Pro, and Championship Wrestling From Hollywood.
Other names such as David Goldy, Kelsey Heather, Jamie Stanley, Ray Jaz, Damaris Largo
& Valentina Rossi are also set to take part in the tryout.
