Tommaso Ciampa fails again.

In recent weeks, Tommaso Ciampa has tried to hit an RKO out of nowhere on Randy Orton on multiple occasions, and he has failed every time.

In the latest "Outta Nowhere Wednesday" video, Tommaso Ciampa noted that Randy Orton had been taken out, so he was not there. Instead, he and Johnny Gargano saw Kevin Owens. Ciampa said that he would get Owens to send a message to Orton and make sure that the former world champion knew that he was not messing around.

Ciampa tried to sneak up on Owens, but he gave himself away by yelling. Owens saw him coming and figured out that Ciampa was trying to RKO him. Ciampa tried to deny it, but Owens said that he had seen the other videos. Owens expressed his frustration with Ciampa and said that he had a horrible couple of weeks. Owens also questioned Gargano, who said that he did not agree with Ciampa. Owens then gave Ciampa advice by telling him not to scream when he was trying to surprise people.

Owens concluded the lesson by hitting Ciampa below the belt and pointing out that the blow came out of nowhere, so he succeded. Gargano admitted that Ciampa's attempt was "stupid, stupid, stupid."

Ciampa previously took notes on how Orton's wife hit the RKO. More information is available here.

Meanwhile, The Bloodline has taken out Orton and Owens with brutal beatdowns in recent weeks, and Gargano and Ciampa have won the WWE Tag Team Championship.
