Giulia has a very powerful supporter in her corner as she embarks on her quest for the WWE NXT Women's Title.
The last time Meiko Satomura was seen on WWE television, she was defeated by Roxanne Perez at WWE NXT Roadblock 2023 in a match for the NXT Women's Title. A lot has changed in Perez since that match, and the landscape of NXT has also changed.
Giulia confronted Roxanne Perez after Roxanne had successfully defeated Jaida Parker to retain the NXT Women's Championship at WWE NXT No Mercy 2024. Meiko Satomura has commented on Giulia's WWE debut.
Speaking to Tokyo Sports, Satomura has stated that she wants to see Giulia succeed where she failed and defeat Roxanne for the NXT Women's Title.
"She was so cool! After all, if someone is good enough to make their peers fall in love with them, they'll rise to the top," she said. "I want Giulia to beat the opponent I was unable to beat in the last time and wear that belt."
Roxanne Perez had "collapsed" after her match with Meiko Satomura in 2023. Now, Giulia intends to take her to the limit again.
