Sanson dropped an elbow in a very professional wrestling style and it is being touted on social media as a version of The Rocks People's Elbow. While there was no flashy running to either side of the cage before dropping the overdramatic elbow, the move still got Sanson where he needed to be to finish the fight.

Speaking to Ramesis Rivera about his decision to apply some creative offense in his fights, Sanson touted MMA as an entertainer's sport.

"I've been trying to entertain as much as possible. This is an entertainer's sport, and you got to be able to be a performer and also a mixed martial artist. I try to use my kicks, my punches, and my grappling all together," he said.

Miguel Sanson also hopes to be back in the cage in June and is working towards a championship opportunity.
