The Miz may have found a loophole that will lead him back to his Money in the Bank briefcase.
At WWE TLC 2020, The Miz cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase unsuccessfully in a triple threat match against AJ Styles and Drew McIntyre. At least, that's what we thought.
On the December 21 episode of WWE Raw, AJ Styles was the guest on Miz TV. A very passionate Miz apologized for failing after cashing in the briefcase but it was AJ’s massive bodyguard, Omos, that made the realization that it was John Morrison who actually cashed in the briefcase and not Miz, the proper holder of the contract.
Because of this realization, The Miz demanded that the contract be returned to him immediately because only he as Mr. Money in the Bank should have the right to cash in the briefcase.
A brawl broke out before a ruling could be made but Fightful will continue to monitor the situation and report any and all updates.
