Giulia retained her NXT Women's Championship at NXT Vengeance Day, defeating Bayley, Roxanne Perez, and Cora Jade in a four-way bout.

The finish saw Perez hit Pop Rox on Bayley, but get pinned with a crucifix by Jade. Perez kicked out, but Jade hit a double arm DDT.

Giulia broke up the pinfall with a running knee, then hit the northern lights bomb on Perez for the victory.

This marked the first title defense of Giulia. She won the title from Perez at NXT New Year's Evil 2025.
