Teddy Hart (Edward Annis) is behind bars.
According to court documents obtained by PWInsider, Hart was booked into Tarrant County Jail in Fort Worth, Texas on Thursday. He was named a fugitive from justice in Texas on May 4. Court records in Texas list Hart as facing charges of Injuring a child/elderly/disabled person, evading arrest with a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance. Those were the charges stemming from his arrest in December 2016. The new arrest is possibly related to a probation or parole violation that led to the warrant being issued for his arrest and return to Texas.
He was slated for a hearing in Richmond regarding potential extradition to another jurisdiction on Friday morning. Instead, he was transferred from Richmond City Jail and was incarcerated into Tarrant County Jail.
On September 10, Hart was sentenced to ten days in prison in Richmond County Jail and arrested again after being incarcerated. Court records indicate that his ten-day jail sentence stemmed from a March 4 arrest, where he was taken into custody for violating his house arrest in Virginia.
