Report: WWE Films Content For Money In The Bank Pay-Per-View On The Roof Of WWE HQ

Typically it is the goal of a WWE event to be so exciting that they “blow the roof” off of whatever venue they are in. Now, WWE is looking to film content on the roof of its headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.

According to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE has been filming content for their May 10 Money In The Bank pay-per-view on the roof of WWE headquarters. This news comes shortly after Ryan Satin of WWE Backstage also revealed that WWE will be changing its television filming schedule for “superstar safety.”

This is not the first time WWE has filmed content on the roof of their headquarters, in 1995 for the season premiere of Monday Night Raw, they filmed several Superstars wrestling in a ring on their roof. This intro was not used for very long but a majority of the footage would later be used for the entrance video of D-Generation X.
