WWE RAW Results for 8/16/21 Bobby Lashley & Goldberg Face Off

Good evening Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for tonight's edition of WWE Monday Night RAW!

Randy leaves up the ramp before the match as AJ capitalizes and Riddle comes back as Randy stands on the stage as Riddle hits a gut wrench suplex for two before AJ locks in an abdominal stretch as Omos looks on from ringside before Riddle hip tosses AJ and AJ hits a dragon screw before focusing on the leg of Riddle to set up the Calf Crusher. Riddle then hits a PK into a corkscrew senton off of the apron and onto AJ onto the floor as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to the two exchanging before Riddle hits a bridging German for two before AJ hits an ushigoroshi for two before Riddle blocks the Styles Clash and drops AJ with a kick to the chest before AJ locks in the Calf Crusher. Riddle gets to the bottom rope for the break before getting to his feet and hitting a jumping knee into an exploder. Omos then distracts Riddle before AJ hits Riddle from behind and finishes him with the Styles Clash for the pin and the win.

Winner: AJ Styles defeats Riddle via pinfall.

Nikki Cross vs Rhea Ripley

Charlotte joins on commentary as Rhea takes control early before Nikki fights her off and Rhea grabs and tosses her across the ring before Nikki fights out of a hold and hits a bulldog before sending Rhea out of the ring and hitting a diving cross body off of the apron and down onto the floor as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to the two exchanging pin attempts before Rhea slams Nikki and suplexes her for two before locks in a bear hug before Nikki rolls Rhea up for two and hits a tornado DDT for another two count before hitting a diving cross body. Rhea then catches Nikki and hits a northern lights suplex for two before Nikki hits a jawbreaker and a rollup for a near fall before Rhea hits a boot into the Riptide for the pin and the win.

Winner: Rhea Ripley defeats Nikki Cross via pinfall.

Drew McIntyre vs Veer & Shanky

Veer and Shanky tag in and out and try to wear the Scotsman down before Drew comes back with shoulder blocks and rocks Shanky on the apron before tossing Veer across the ring and Shanky gets the blind tag as Drew hits Veer with a neckbreaker before hitting Shanky with a driver as Jinder looks on. Drew then hits Veer with the Future Shock DDT before hitting Shanky with a Claymore for the pin and the win.

Winner: Drew McIntyre defeats Veer and Shanky via pinfall.

- Backstage Charlotte shows up in Adam and Sonya's office before Adam tells her to wait five days or find a partner for later tonight before Charlotte leaves.

- John Morrison comes out to the ring for our debut edition of Moist TV with special guest The Miz before he introduces Miz before they're interrupted by Damian Priest and Miz reveals that he'd been cleared weeks ago before they make a match between Miz and Damian and Damian shoves Miz into a kiddie pool.

Damian Priest vs The Miz

Miz immediately gets out of the ring and tries to tag in Sheamus who joins at ringside before Damian claps his ears and tosses him back inside before Miz fakes an injury and Damian whips him into the ropes before Miz snaps Damian's neck across the top rope and hits a diving ax handle before kicking Damian in the chest. Damian then comes back with a spin kick before Miz rocks him with a boot and John refuses to give Miz the drip stick before leaving him and walking away to the back before Damian clotheslines him and hits a Brogue Kick for the pin and the win.

Winner: Damian Priest defeats The Miz via pinfall.

- After the match an infuriated Sheamus gets on top of the announce table and says that Damian will never get his hands on the United States title.

- Backstage Eva reprimands Doudrop over her loss last week before telling Doudrop to go to Alexa's Playground and bring her Lilly before sending her off as we go to commercial.

- We come back from the break to John and Miz arguing before the two agree to be friends again as we see New Day off camera behind them.

- We go to Alexa's Playground where Doudrop shows up and tries to take Lilly before Doudrop stares at her in horror and hands it back to Alexa.

Mace (w/ T-Bar) vs Mansoor (w/ Mustafa Ali)

Mace tosses Mansoor around before hitting an inverted suplex and locking in a camel clutch before dropping him with a kick and missing a springboard elbow drop before Mansoor rocks him with an uppercut and chops Mace before Mace goes for a jack knife cover and Ali kicks him through the ropes which sends Mansoor over and Mansoor pins Mace with a sunset flip.

Winner: Mansoor defeats Mace via pinfall.

- Backstage Omos and AJ are interviewed ahead of Omos' match against Randy Orton up next as we go to commercial.

Randy Orton vs Omos (w/ AJ Styles)

Omos shoves off an RKO and wins a test of strength before hitting a delayed slam and squeezing the skull of Randy before Randy comes back with strikes and gets shoved across and out of the ring when he goes for an RKO before AJ kicks Randy at ringside and the referee disqualifies him.

Winner: Randy Orton defeats Omos via disqualification.

- After the match Omos tosses Randy over the barricade with one arm before rolling Randy back inside and Riddle comes out and saves Randy before Omos carries AJ off and leaves with him before Randy gets on the mic and says that respect is earned and that Riddle has earned his respect before declaring that RKBRO is back. Riddle then gets on the mic and says that Randy made him happy before saying that RKBRO will challenge for the RAW Tag Team titles at Summerslam.

Jeff Hardy vs Karrion Kross

Before the match Jeff is interviewed backstage before Kross attacks him from behind and walks past him and out to the ring for his entrance for their match before the match starts off with Jeff going right after Kross with a flurry before Kross counters a Twist of Fate and takes Jeff down. Kross then locks in the Kross Jacket and forces Jeff to tap out in a matter of moments.

Winner: Karrion Kross defeats Jeff Hardy via submission.

- Doudrop shows up empty handed before Eva yells at her and slaps her before walking off as we go to commercial.

- We get a video package for Reggie doing parkour in a park as he avoids Tozawa and R-Truth after his 24/7 title.

- We get a new vignette for Elias where he shows a tombstone that says Elias 2017-2021 next to the charred remains of his guitar.

Rhea Ripley & Nikki Cross vs Charlotte Flair & Nia Jax

Nikki and Nia kick things off before Charlotte gets the blind tag and boots Nikki at ringside as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break as Rhea gets the hot tag and clotheslines Charlotte repeatedly before headbutting her and hitting a snap mare into a running dropkick after knocking Nia off of the apron before hitting a northern lights suplex for two before missing a missile dropkick as Shayna Baszler looks on from backstage. Nia comes in and hits a Samoan drop before Charlotte tags herself back in and boots Nikki off of the apron before hitting Rhea with Natural Selection for the pin and the win.

Winner: Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax defeat Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross via pinfall.

- We go to the ring as Goldberg comes out to the ring for his face to face with WWE champion Bobby Lashley as we go to commercial.

- We come back from the break to Bobby and MVP making their way out to the ring before Bobby gets inside and gets on the mic and mocks Goldberg before getting in his face and threatening him before Goldberg spears Bobby and leaves with his son as we go off the air.
