Rhino finally explained the differences between a Gore and a Spear.
During a recent interview with MuscleManMalcolm recorded at House of Glory Final Warning on January 25, 2025, Rhino asked what the difference is between his finishing move, the Gore, and every other Spear seen in wrestling. Rhino said simply that no one gets out of his Gore.
He followed that up by saying if you ever did see anybody kick out of his finisher, then it wasn't a Gore. He merely hit a Spear instead.
"Well, if someone kicks out, then it's a Spear. No one's ever kicked out of the Gore," said Rhino.
Asked about The Rock kicking out of the move in the past, he responded, "That was a Spear. That's the difference."
He continued, "No one has ever kicked out of the Gore. So, if I Gore someone, and I cover them, and, '1-2-' and they kick out, which very rarely happens, then I hit a Spear."
There you have it, straight from the "Man Beast" himself. If they kicked out, it was a Spear.
