Ricochet After Title Losses: "It’s Not Bad To Dream, But You Also Have To Consider What’s Realistic"

Ricochet looks to move forward after two straight title losses.

In the past week, Ricochet had two title matches on WWE programming. The first one was against Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at Super ShowDown, but Ricochet barely got an offensive move in the match, losing to Lesnar in just a little more than a minute. A few days later, Ricochet got another title match on Raw, this time against 24/7 Champion Riddick Moss, but Ricochet also lost the match.

Going to Instagram for the first time since the two losses, Ricochet said the following: “It’s not bad to dream. But you also have to consider what’s realistic. Whether you win or lose, looking back and learning from your experience is a part of life.”

Before losing to Lesnar, Ricochet had been undefeated in singles matches on Raw for 2020 and earned the WWE Championship opportunity in early February by defeating Bobby Lashley and Seth Rollins in a triple threat match.
