Roxanne Perez is ready to run the main roster.
Since arriving to the brand in 2022, Perez has soldified herself as a legend in NXT by winning titles left and right and having memorable matches with the likes of Meiko Satomura, Lola Vice, Lyra Valkyria, and Thea Hail.
At NXT No Mercy, Perez will look to defend her NXT Women's Championship for the seventh time, as she will face Jaida Parker in a singles bout.
While speaking to Sports Illustrated for a new interview, Perez said that she's enjoying her time running NXT. But sooner rather than later, she plans on running the main roster.
“I've thought about [a main roster call-up] my entire life. I've thought about that ever since I got to NXT. I've thought about that after the past two Royal Rumbles that I've been in. But I have been in two Royal Rumbles, which means that it's only a matter of time. I'm just enjoying my time with my baby. I'm enjoying my time running NXT. And I know sooner than later I'm gonna be running the main roster.”
Elsewhere in a seperate interview, Perez talked about NXT's upcoming move to the CW Network. Learn more about those comments by clicking here.
