Samoa Joe: The End Of The World Is Probably The Only Time That The AEW World Title Is Leaving Me

Samoa Joe is confident that his world title reign won't end any time soon.

Samoa Joe dethroned MJF and won the AEW World Championship at AEW Worlds End, and he has reigned supreme ever since. He has defended the title against HOOK, and he beat Swerve Strickland and Hangman Adam Page to retain the gold at AEW Revolution.

Speaking with Joe Murray of 98.5 The Sports Hub, Samoa Joe was asked to share his thoughts on who would step up and challenge for his title. He was also asked when he thought his reign would end.

“Who earns an opportunity, that’s very much out of my hands. It’s whoever wants to step up and actually prove their case. As for when is this gonna leave me, I mean, listen, we can sit here and talk about the end of the world all you want, but that’s probably the only time this is ever coming off my shoulder," Samoa Joe said.
