The NFL fined Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs $13,659 for his "Stone Cold" Steve Austin celebration against the Miami Dolphins on October 1.
After scoring a TD, Diggs got a couple of beers from the crowd and smashed them together in tribute to Steve Austin.
The NFL decided to hit Diggs with a financial stunner for his celebration.
