Ring of Honor announced last month that they'd soon be kicking off the Women of Honor Championship tournament, but now they have a start date and several names set.
Lead announcer Ian Riccaboni stated that the tournament would kick off on January 20 at the next set of Ring of Honor television tapings. Throughout the week, a number of competitors were also confirmed, including HZ, Kagetsu, Mayu Iwatani and Hana Kimura.
In addition to the aforementioned names, Bonesaw Jessie Brooks joined Brandi Rhodes in the tournament field.
Fightful.com will have full coverage of the tournament on our weekly reports of Ring of Honor TV -- which you can watch over at the ROH website. Any matches that air as digital exclusives will also be covered by Fightful.
