A bantamweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night: Santos vs. Teixeira as Jack Shore faces Khalid Taha.
The bout was revealed by Taha through Instagram.
Shore (13-0-0) has already picked up two wins under the UFC banner with those victories coming over Nohelin Hernandez and Aaron Phillips. Shore is a former Cage Warriors bantamweight champion, but he relinquished the title upon signing with the UFC. Shore has earned eight wins as a professional MMA fighter by submission, with another four coming by KO/TKO.
Taha (13-2-0-1NC) has won just one of three in UFC competition with that lone win coming over Boston Salmon at UFC 236. Taha hasn’t earned a victory in over a year, with the aforementioned win over Salmon coming in April of last year. Taha has competed 16 times as a professional MMA fighter and just three of those bouts went the distance.
UFC Fight Night: Santos vs. Teixeira takes place on Saturday, November 7 from a location to be announced with Thiago Santos and Glover Teixeira headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be revealed.
