Moraes (14-6-1, 8-5-1 UFC) exits the promotion on a three fight losing streak, dropping bouts to James Krause, Warlley Alves and Anthony Rocco Martin. Moraes picked up eight wins in the UFC, with notable victories coming over Omari Akhmedov, Zak Ottow, Davi Ramos, Tim Means and Ben Saunders. Moraes hasn’t picked up a victory in over a year, with that last win coming over the aforementioned Saunders at UFC Fight Night Belem in September of 2018. Moraes’ last fight in the organization came earlier this month at UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo, suffering a third round knockout loss to the aforementioned Krause.

No word has been given yet by Moraes as to where he may sign with next, but promotions can now make the fighter offers as Moraes is now a free agent.
