On the June 17, 2020 episode of NXT, Aliyah scored a big victory over Xia Li in singles competition.
The win came with a non-rare distraction finish in WWE, but a rare use of vomit in wrestling. Robert Stone, the business manager for Aliyah, had fallen on hard times and ended up puking in the ring, causing a distraction and allowing Aliyah to roll-up Xia Li for the victory.
Speaking to Taylor Wilde on Wilde On, Aliyah recalled how Robert Stone's vomit in the ring caused her to vomit backstage.
"Robert Stone threw up in the ring and it smelled so bad! I cannot tell you, I can't describe what the smell was. The match was over, I run to the back and I'm just vomiting because the visual of him puking and the smell got me so hard. His vomit made me vomit for real," she said.

Aliyah hasn't found much success in the ring without Robert Stone vomiting, winning just one match -- a tag team bout where she and Mercedes Martinez defeated Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter -- since defeating Xia Li.
She recently teamed with Jessi Kamea in the Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The duo lost to Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez in the first round.
