Cody Rhodes Will Require Surgery For Torn Meniscus, Not Planning On Missing Dates

Cody Rhodes is going to require surgery on his knee, but is still planning on making his towns.

Cody was pulled from a Ring of Honor appearance this weekend due to a knee injury he sustained. On Monday afternoon, Cody revealed that he'd damaged his meniscus and cited the aforementioned required surgery.

Rhodes, along with The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega and Adam "Hangman" Page have upcoming contract expirations and have constantly teased what they'll be doing next in their wrestling careers. Omega is the current IWGP Heavyweight Champion, while the Bucks and Cody lost the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Titles last weekend weekend. The group collectively (along with Marty Scurll) are now being referred to as "The Elite" after breaking off from Bullet Club.
