Frankie Kazarian praises Christopher Daniels.
Daniels seemingly confirmed his retirement from in-ring competition on the January 22nd episode of AEW Dynamite, as he said that his doctors advised him not to wrestle again after he lost to Hangman Page in a Texas Death Match at AEW Collision: Maximum Carnage.
Frankie Kazarian then took to Twitter/X to share his thoughts on Daniels' apparent retirement, as he said that there was no way to articulate what Daniels meant to him as an opponent, a tag team partner, or as a friend and brother. Kazarian said that Daniels' contributions to wrestling would never be realized, and he loved every minute he worked with Daniels.
There's no way to articulate what @facdaniels means to me. As an opponent, a tag team partner, or most importantly as a best friend and brother. His contributions to our sport will never be realized. I love you CD. Bad Influence, The Addiction or SCU. I loved every single minute. pic.twitter.com/Obk0VzmpVW

Kazarian and Daniels had a successful run as a tag team. They were known as Bad Influence, The Addiction, or SCU at different points. The duo held tag team titles in ROH and TNA. They had a run together in AEW, but they were forced to split up when The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson) beat them in 2021.
