John Cena will give a graduation address this week.
According to Variety, Cena will kick off the “Oh, the Places You’ll Go! Virtual Graduation Celebration” on May 1, an event organized by Dr. Seuss Enterprises and Random House Children’s Books to honor America’s Class of 2020 during quarantine.
Cena’s commencement keynote will include a reading from Dr. Seuss’ classic book about the journey of life and will deliver his own words of wisdom to graduating seniors. His opening remarks can be seen on Cena's Twitter account at noon ET and his reading will be available on a dedicated Facebook page for the celebration, where additional readings and remarks will roll out throughout May.
Also joining the virtual 2020 graduation festivities will be NASA astronaut Scott Kelly, who set the record for the longest spaceflight by an American with 340 days.
Speaking of Cena, he also posted a video on World Wish Day to celebrate 40 years of the Make A Wish foundation.
I’ve had the honor of granting more than 650 Wishes and counting. Today is a day to celebrate @MakeAWish and their incredible milestone of 40 years of granting wishes. #WorldWishDay pic.twitter.com/jGVweqBOAu

The video, uploaded to Twitter on May 1, sees the 16-time WWE champion urging the graduates of 2020 to not lose sight of what they accomplished in spite of the current circumstances in the world. John would tell those watching to celebrate by whatever means they have at their disposal to be proud of what they have done, having planned out a goal, and accomplished said goal.
To #grads2020: Enjoy the victory of graduation. Do not forget all the things that brought you to this moment. To recognize your accomplishment I am sharing a reading from @DrSeuss #OhThePlacesYoullGo as part of a special #ohtheplaces2020 celebration. https://t.co/5qV8H4SVEt pic.twitter.com/i7LYMHolLy
