Starrcast III Recap - Being The Elite Mailbag Live! - Free Agents, AEW Video Game, Worst Town, More

Members of Being The Elite did a live edition of BTE Mailbag at Starrcast III. Members of the panel including The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson), SCU (Scorpio Sky, Frankie Kazarian, & Christopher Daniels), Hangman Page, Brandon Cutler, and Kenny Omega.

Highlights from the stage show are below:

Kevin Nash Provides Update On His Recovery Following Surgery For Torn Bicep Injury

- Brandon Cutler says his patience is wearing thin with Sammy Guevara. The Young Bucks want to save it for a TV episode.

- Matt Jackson calls Jim Cornette "the devil" when asked about a potential super kick party with a Hall of Fame manager. Nick Jackson calls Edge & Christian a dream match and then says Shawn Michaels performance in Saudi Arabia was "brutal."

- SCU would do a Free Bird Rule if they were AEW Tag Team Champions, but would call it the SCU Rule.

- Favorite feuds on the Independent scene: Kazarian puts over his PWG feud with Scorpio Sky. Matt enjoyed Hangman getting kidnapped and being forced to watch bad wrestling on BTE. "We're all forced if we watch WWE," said Nick.

- Mama Buck is not likely to appear on BTE.

- AEW will be going to Los Angeles at some point in 2020. There will also be a cage match at some point in AEW.

- Kazarian reveals a prank where he and Daniels texted Chris Sabin and Trent Beretta, wanting them to not make fun of Daniels' age in promos. Kazarian's text to Sabin joked that Daniels had taken a bunch of pills and wasn't doing well. Sabin felt bad before it was revealed to be a joke. Scorpio Sky believes all the pranks the old guys tells didn't actually happen. Kazarian tells a story of Killer Kowalski making Lou Albano shit his pants and then working a 20 minute match when Albano wanted to go home.

- Dana Massie says "probably so" when asked about AEW shows on DVD. She was not prepared to answer questions.

Kazarian's favorite cigar is American Rebel.

- Omega says an AEW video game is top of his priority list. He wouldn't be surprised if they announced something by the end of the year.

- Hangman calls "The entire UK" the worst town he's ever been in. "There's no AC, they don't put ice in drinks, no food past 9 pm." Puts the blame on Nick for his answer. Omega references a town in Japan where the crowd is silent and not because they are attentive as his worst town.

- Omega won't play Tekken until he's put in the game. Says he's had discussions with video game companies about appearing in a fight game and he's not talking about a wrestling game. "It could be coming together real soon."

- Nick says BTE will continue when AEW is on TNT.

- Matt says AEW on TNT will be a "bad ass wrestling show for two hours." They want titles to mean something and engaging stories without plot holes in two weeks.

- The Bucks and Cutler discuss how close they cut it with filming and editing BTE and putting it up on YouTube. Cutler reveals a secret BTE scene that they haven't aired but references Black Mirror.

- They will film content on the Jericho Cruise. They'd love to do a show for the troops, but it wouldn't happen until next year.

- Kenny says he "probably" won't be at Wrestle Kingdom 14. Omega says he has nothing left to do in NJPW except for "one big match." The Bucks joke that the match is against Yano. Omega says his mixed match at DDT won't be a comedy match. He will be teaming with Riho against Antonio Honda & Miyu Yamashita.

- Who would they sign? Matt - Marty Scurll, Nick - Kazuchika Okada, Omega - Will Ospreay or Kota Ibushi, Kazarian - No one, Sky - Tessa Blanchard, Masa - CM Punk, Hangman - Joey Ryan

- Matt puts over Villain Enterprises but says, "we're all under contract to different companies."

- Matt thought Kazarian was crazy for taking a Meltzer Driver through a table off a ladder at Ladder War 6. Matt says it was the most scared he's ever been. Kazarian says he was scared during that spot as well.

- Daniels and Kazarian do the Trevor and Arthur characters to close the show.
