Even though Rosa won this particular battle, Purrazzo says Rosa was never the focal point of "the war" she's been on.

"Thunder Rosa, you might have won the battle tonight, but the war never had anything to do with you. This all started over the AEW Women's World Championship. This is a game of chess. The pawns are disposable, but 'The Virtuosa,' she's forever."

Purrazzo stated that her dream match is to compete in a submission match against Mercedes Mone. Read her remarks here.
