Cowley called the authorities after the incident but unfortunately passed away the following day in the hospital. Prosecutors are arguing that Breaks abandoned Cowley in the bathroom of a holiday resort in Puerto Rico.

Breaks was said to have confessed to assaulting Donna during a court quiz hosted by a judge after he was arrested for the initial incident and informed the judge that she acted as if she was his caretaker opposed to acting like they were dating. As of this writing, no date has been set for Breaks' trail and there is no definite word on if he is planning on pleading guilty or fighting the case.

Jim Breaks was known as "Cry Baby" during his time as an in-ring performer and held the British Lightweight Championship from 1963 to 1967. He was regularly featured on ITV and went on to win the aforementioned title nine more times after he lost it.
