WWE provides an update on Sami Zayn.
Sami Zayn took a Package Piledriver from Kevin Owens at the end of the February 3 episode of WWE Raw on Netflix. On the subsequent episode of WWE SmackDown, Joe Tessitore announced that Zayn would be out of action indefinitely balance and was dealing with spinal compression and extreme nerve damage.
