A huge roster trimming has allegedly been done by the UFC as the promotion has cut 10 fighters from their ranks.
MMA Junkie reported the news, with those fighters who have been cut included Derrick Krantz, Curtis Millender, Azamat Murzakanov, Danilo Belluardo, Henry Briones, Thomas Gifford, Nohelin Hernandez, Andre Soukhamthath, Maia Stevenson and Kyle Stewart.
Krantz (24-12-0, 0-2-0 UFC) went winless during his time in the UFC, dropping bouts to the duo of Vicente Luque and Kenan Song.
Millender (17-5-0, 3-2-0 UFC) exits the promotion on a two fight losing streak, dropping contests to Elizeu Zaleski Dos Santos and Belal Muhammad.
Murzakanov (7-0-0, 0-0-0 UFC) never got to compete in the UFC after being suspended by USADA for two years in June of 2017.
Belluardo (12-5-0, 0-2-0 UFC) went winless during his UFC tenure, losing bouts to Joel Alvarez and Mark O. Madsen.
Briones (16-8-1, 1-4-0 UFC) leaves the UFC on a four bout losing streak, dropping fights to Cody Garbrandt, Douglas Silva De Andrade, Rani Yahya and Frankie Saenz.
Gifford (17-9-0-2NC, 0-2-0 UFC) exits the UFC without a win, dropping a pair of encounters to Roosevelt Roberts and Mike Davis.
Hernandez (9-4-0, 0-2-0 UFC) went without a win during his UFC run, dropping bouts to Marlon Vera and Jack Shore.
Soukhamthath (13-8-0, 2-5-0 UFC) leaves the UFC on a two fight losing streak, with those losses coming to Montel Jackson and Su Mudaerji.
Stevenson (6-5-0, 0-1-0 UFC) lost her lone UFC appearance to Polyana Viana via first round submission at UFC Fight Night Belem.
Stewart (11-3-0, 0-2-0) never got a win while fighting for the UFC, dropping a pair of fights to Chance Rencountre and Erik Koch.
